Perkins SmartOps exists because we saw a gap between the promise of AI and the reality for small businesses.
Every week, another headline tells business owners that AI will revolutionise their operations. But when they look for help, they find enterprise consultancies charging six figures, or chatbot vendors selling a glorified search bar.
Neither of those serves the business owner with more than 10 employees who just needs their Tuesday morning admin to stop eating into Wednesday.
What we actually do
We build invisible automation systems, with AI where needed, that handle the repetitive, manual processes your team currently does by hand. Data entry, report generation, customer follow-ups, invoice processing, lead qualification. The work that has to happen but does not require human judgement.

David founded Perkins SmartOps after years of watching businesses invest in technology they could not control, could not understand, and could not keep.
