The audit
The way in for a business that knows AI could help but not where.
We come in and look at how your business actually runs. We map your processes with the people who do the work, then find where AI and process automation would add value and where they wouldn’t. You get a written report by the Friday: a ranked list of what to do, what each is worth and what it costs.
Already running AI or automation? The same two days can check that it’s safe, compliant and paying back instead. You set the scope with us on a call before anything starts, and you’re under no obligation to build any of it.

One item from your roadmap is in progress at a time: an automation, an AI step added to a process or a policy. When it’s live, the next one starts. Training sessions come on top, so they never take a place.
Your first processes mapped and a roadmap in month one
We map the processes behind your first quarter’s work, step by step, with the people who do them. You get those process maps, a list of suggested improvements and a roadmap for the next quarter showing which automations to build, the month each one lands and the hours each is planned to take off your team’s week. The roadmap is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
Your server set up in your name and looked after
Your server sits in your own name. We set it up with security updates and backups switched on, then keep it updated, monitored and backed up within your fee, however many automations it runs.
Response times set by how critical each workflow is
When we build something, we agree together how quickly we respond if it stops. A workflow that invoices your customers gets a faster response than one that tidies a spreadsheet on a Friday.
One AI training session a year
Ninety minutes, on site if you’re nearby or online: an hour on using AI well, such as better prompting or what a tool can do, then half an hour for your questions. Bring as many of your team as you like.
Roadmap review every quarter
The first review is at the end of month two, then every quarter. Together we look at what’s done, what’s now running and what’s changed in your business, then plan the next quarter in detail.
A short progress report every month
One page: what was finished, what’s next, the hours a week now running against the baseline we take in month one and a health check on everything that’s running.

If you want someone inside the business to own AI day to day, we help you choose them, shape the role and get them started.
Larger AI projects, built in stages
The bigger pieces need more than one month. For example, AI that sorts and summarises your incoming email or documents, or an assistant that answers questions from your own files. Before we build, we tell you which AI service it uses and what information it sees. Then you decide. If it needs a private AI model of your own, its running cost is priced separately.
A yearly review of the AI you already run
Once a year, we look over the AI and automation you already use, including other suppliers’ tools: what could go wrong, what safeguards are in place and who is responsible if it does. It’s advice, not a certificate.

Pay monthly in advance. Stop with one month’s notice, so the least anyone pays is two months. Move up or down a package with a month’s notice. The pace is how many pieces of work run at once, not a meter of hours. The automation counts are our planning estimates, not a promise of results. AI services, software licences and the server bill go on your own accounts, so you see exactly what they cost. If you’d rather we hosted it for you, we cover the server bill.
